Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin & HR Executive to support daily operations across administration, HR, accounts, and purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

1. General Administration

Manage company fleet usage tracking, road tax, insurance, PUSPAKOM

Monitor monthly utilities and bills

Handle domain, email, website, cloud, licenses renewal

2. Purchasing

Source and purchase materials and supplies

Liaise with suppliers for quotations and orders

3. Accounts Support

Prepare online banking payments

Basic accounting entry (SQL Accounting)

Assist with bank reconciliation, submission of e-Invoice and SST

Liaise with external accountant

4. Ad-hoc Tasks

Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by management

Requirement

-Has experience in account or administration are encouraged to apply

-Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

-Got basic accounting experience will be an advantages

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
