Main Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations and transactions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
• Ensure all accounting entries entered into the accounting system are accurate and complete with proper supporting documents.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded and updated in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper filing of all accounting records and documentation.
• Assist in preparation of full set of accounts.
• Assist team in the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting including yearly audit.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve accounting issues.
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as a team.

Working hour:

8.30am-5.30pm (Mon -Fri)

8.30am - 1pm (Sat)(WFH)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
