JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To perform overall despatch duty and general courier coordination
• To hand deliver/mail out-going letters, documents and/or parcels on timely basis as and when instructed
• To drive Management staffs i.e. directors /company staffs / visitors to the office or destination required, including outstation in safe manner as and when instructed
• To maintain cleanliness of the company vehicle at all times including regular washing & vacuuming, monitoring vehicle maintenance deadline and sending vehicle for periodic servicing
• To ensure the company vehicle is always in good working order and comfortable for use
• To assist in the upkeep and housekeeping of the office as and when instructed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably age between 30-45 years old
• Minimum SPM level with 4 years of experience in related field
• Possess a valid driving license
• Good and clean driving record
• Good time management, punctual and highly disciplined
• Well experience in using GPS system (Waze, Google Map etc.)
• Clean and clear from any criminal record
• Able to work long hours and travel to outstation destinations when necessary
• Positive attitude and patient
• Physically fit and healthy, good eyesight and hearing
• Preference will be given to ex-army personnel
