• To attend Tenant/Owners' complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully.
• To supervise maintenance staff such as Cleaners and Security.
• Maintain proper records of the assigned projects including permits, contracts, inspections, drawings, etc.
• Liaise with Authority to obtain the necessary works approval
• Coordinate with consultant to resolve all technical issue
• To carry out basic maintenance works within the building.
• Collecting all payments
• Well versed or proficient in Property Management System such as CondoMaster / CSS
• At least 2 year of experience in the real estate management industry
• Able work 5.5 days
