ABOUT US

We are an established interior design and renovation company based in Johor Bahru. We are expanding our team and looking for a responsible Admin & Account Executive to support our daily operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform daily administrative and accounting duties
  • Prepare and process quotations, invoices, purchase orders (PO) and delivery orders (DO)
  • Monitor and follow up on accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors and clients on payment and billing matters
  • Maintain accurate project files, financial records and documentation
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries and reports
  • Support the project and design team with administrative tasks
  • Handle general office duties including correspondence and filing

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in admin or accounting (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Experience in interior design, renovation, or construction industry is an added advantage
  • Familiar with accounting software such as AutoCount
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred

WORKING HOURS

Monday – Friday| 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday| 9:00 AM - 3: 00 PM

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
