JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily administrative and accounting duties
- Prepare and process quotations, invoices, purchase orders (PO) and delivery orders (DO)
- Monitor and follow up on accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and clients on payment and billing matters
- Maintain accurate project files, financial records and documentation
- Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries and reports
- Support the project and design team with administrative tasks
- Handle general office duties including correspondence and filing

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- At least 1 year of working experience in admin or accounting (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Experience in interior design, renovation, or construction industry is an added advantage
- Familiar with accounting software such as AutoCount
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred

WORKING HOURS
Monday – Friday| 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday| 9:00 AM - 3: 00 PM
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
