Job Title: Executive - Account & Admin

Location: Sutera Bay, Sadong Jaya

Salary: RM2,200 - RM3,000.00

Job Summary

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing unit owner payouts, ensuring revenue accuracy, and maintaining financial integrity across property operations. The role involves reconciliation of platform data, preparation of financial statements for property owners, and monitoring operational costs related to property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full process of property owner payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile internal records against external sales data from online property rental platforms [ie, Airbnb, Agoda, and *************] to ensure all revenue is correctly recorded.
• Prepare and upload financial statements for property owners.
• Oversee verification of property assets during new onboarding or when units are terminated.
• Generate property-level profit and loss reports to monitor financial performance.
• Review and audit shared operational costs such as cleaning, utilities, and platform fees.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong reconciliation and financial analysis skills.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and financial reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
