Duties & Responsibilites

• Responsible for coordinating shipment, monitoring delivery schedule, liaising with vendor and freight forwarder, ensure import operations run efficiency.

• Track orders and delivery shipment schedule and ensure timely update to relevant department.

• Maintain updated records and ensure accuracy.

• To perform and carry out other task and work that are assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Knowledge in SAP is added advantage.
