Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Research potential vendors to identify suitable suppliers for our company's needs.
2. Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, considering factors such as price, quality, and delivery timelines
.3. Negotiate purchase terms of agreement and pricing with suppliers to secure favourable deals
.4. Collaborate with the Purchase Assistant to determine safety stock levels and maximum inventory for common stock items, ensuring uninterrupted supplies
.5. Maintain catalogues and certificates for product categories under your charge.
6. Upload all prices to Navision and ensure pricing information is up-to-date for Purchase Assistant to place Purchase Orders.
7. Evaluate supplier options based on various criteria, including prices and quality, to determine the best choices
.8. Negotiate terms of agreements with suppliers to achieve the best deal for our company.
9. Inspect purchased products upon delivery, promptly reporting any issues to the relevant stakeholders.
