We are at the foundational stage of building a dedicated media division for LOT31. Because we are just starting, the current workload is manageable, which is why we need a "one-person army" to kickstart our digital presence.

However, we have big plans. As the brand grows and content volume increases, this department will expand. You aren't just an employee; you are the founding member of this team. If you prove your mettle, you will be the one leading the creative department as we hire more editors, videographers, and specialists in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Production: Handle ideation, scripting, filming, and high-energy editing (e.g., office comedy or brand narratives).
• Growth & Operations: Manage accounts across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube with a focus on algorithm optimization and follower growth.
• Logic-Driven Content: Understand the "why" behind viral hooks and retention metrics.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in content creation and account growth (Portfolio required).
• Skills: Proficiency in filming and editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Vibe: A strong sense of humor and a "funny bone" is a must.
• Mindset: Proactive, responsible, and humble enough to keep learning from feedback.
