Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure all site activities comply with safety regulations and company safety requirements.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and records.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings for workers.
• Ensure all workers are wearing proper PPE and following safety procedures.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities regarding safety matters.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases, including preparation of reports.
• Assist project team in implementing safety and health policies on site.
• Ensure compliance with DOSH, CIDB, and other relevant authorities’ requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Yellow Book (Site Safety Supervisor registered with DOSH) OR Safety Supervisor Pass Exam certificate.
• Must possess valid CIDB Green Card.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge in construction site safety and health regulations.
• Able to work independently and communicate well with site workers and management.
• Responsible, disciplined, and proactive attitude.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to site if required.
