• Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
• Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
• Organizing schedules
• Keeping track of employees’ hours
• Oversee daily production and staffing, report to the Restaurant Manager.
• Assist on monthly stock count and report to the Manager.
• Demonstrates and help maintain high levels of services.
• Assisting Restaurant Manger in daily tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years for Supervisor / 5 years for assistant manager working experience in either fast food chain, restaurant or a catering company.
• Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Verbal and Written)
• Possess exceptional PR skills

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
