Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Administration, Commerce, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in project marketing within the property industry, including at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong creative ability.
- Good organisational, planning, and time management skills.
- Solid understanding of digital and social media marketing.
- Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with statutory requirements and dealings with the Ministry of Housing.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Knowledge of IFCA is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the company’s properties and achieve sales targets.
- Plan and organise pre-launch registration drives, official launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and other promotional activities and events to market the company’s properties within the assigned budget.
- Monitor, analyse, and review the effectiveness of all marketing communication strategies and campaign performances.
- Lead, align, supervise, and train department staff in achieving business plans and KPIs, as well as troubleshoot problems in managing day-to-day operations.
- Ensure all advertising and promotional campaigns and launches are conducted in compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct research and analysis on potential markets, competition, product development, marketing campaigns, and promotions, and provide timely feedback with recommendations for future improvements.
- Ensure timely submission to the Ministry of Housing (MOH) for Developer’s License and Advertising Permit applications, Borang 7F, and any other documents required by the authorities from time to time.
- Ensure all management reports are updated accurately and submitted on time.
