Uzma Group Hiring! Full Time Lead Project Engineer in Selangor - Ricebowl

One of Uzma Group’s subsidiaries is seeking an experienced Lead Project Engineer to lead engineering and industrial projects across oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, power generation, and process industries.

This role is suitable for candidates with strong technical engineering capabilities, project execution experience, and team leadership exposure within heavy industrial environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering projects from execution to completion
• Coordinate technical activities, project schedules, documentation, and reporting
• Supervise and provide technical guidance to engineering team members
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered within timeline, budget, and quality requirements
• Support troubleshooting, risk management, and project improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of engineering/project experience in industrial sectors
• Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, power, or process industries
• Knowledge in pump systems, rotating equipment, or engineered solutions is an advantage
• Strong project coordination and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in English and Microsoft Office applications
