Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting and Finance,
Basic knowledge of SQL/database systems
Experience: < 1 year, 1-3 years
Nationality: Malaysians Only
Own transport: None
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track customer payments and outstanding balances
- Follow up on overdue payments and collection status
- Update payment records in the accounting system
- Generate monthly financial and billing reports
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and payment documents
- Assist in payroll or staff claim processing if required
- Use SQL queries to retrieve, update, and verify payment/account data
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company financial information
