Who are we looking for?

  • Educational Background: A Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Psychology, Business Management, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Marketing, or an equivalent field is required.
  • Sales or Customer Success Experience: Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, sales, or marketing will have an added advantage — though those with a strong drive and relevant foundational knowledge are also encouraged to explore this opportunity.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for building meaningful client relationships and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Work Approach: Being detail-oriented, results-driven, and analytical will set strong candidates apart in this role, where precision and strategic thinking matter.
  • Telemarketing Skills: Prior experience in telemarketing is a welcomed advantage, adding another dimension to the candidate's ability to connect with and engage prospects.
  • Customer Focus: A genuine commitment to understanding and meeting client needs is at the heart of this role.
  • Language Proficiency: The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is essential, as the role involves engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients across various industries.

What you'll be doing?

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through market research, networking, and outreach, building a strong and sustainable pipeline of opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and solution demonstrations that engage and excite potential clients about what FusionQB has to offer.
  • Proposal & Quotation Management: Follow up on sales inquiries and prospects in a timely manner, ensuring well-prepared quotations, proposals, and RFP responses that reflect professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Business Target Achievement: Drive focused sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets, contributing directly to the company's growth trajectory.
  • Industry-Focused Client Acquisition: Identify and pitch tailored solutions to high-potential clients across targeted industries including Property, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Education, Retail, and Automotive.
  • Client Meeting Management: Strategically arrange and secure meetings with prospective clients to understand their unique needs and present customised solutions that truly add value.
  • Deal Closing & Relationship Building: Close deals effectively while nurturing long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects with a sharp focus on high-reward opportunities to fuel consistent business growth.
  • Customer Base Expansion: Continuously grow and diversify the customer base, playing a key role in the company's ongoing expansion.
