Mccollum Property Management Hiring! Full Time HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

• Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management; and ensure full payroll compliance to statutory regulations and company policies.
• Provide consultations and answer employees queries.
• To monitor HR administration works such as preparation of letter, new hires administration, confirmation, transfer or promotion.
• To keep and maintain an up-to-date HR database, including each employee’s personal file, salary movements, new recruitments/appointments, transfer, promotion, warnings, leaves record, etc.
• Assist in overall HR functions and ensure compliance with relevant Labor Law and in line with market practices.
• Responsible in monitoring the company property and facilities.
• Basic HR Law and Act knowledge.
• To execute any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
