The Assistant Manager – Finance role at Kyodo Steel Sdn Bhd is a full-time, on-site position based in Sungai Petani. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting and analysis, managing budgets, cash flow, and expenditure, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic insights for improving financial performance. The role also involves liaising with external auditors, preparing tax filings, and optimizing internal financial processes. Collaboration with management and other teams to support business objectives is a core aspect of this position.

• Proficient in financial reporting, budget preparation, and cash flow management
• In-depth knowledge of compliance, tax regulations, and audit procedures
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills
• Proficiency in using finance and accounting software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage
• Prior experience in the manufacturing or steel industry is highly desirable
