Responsibilities:
Performs a range of general clerical, accounting and administrative support function
Updating and maintaining of records required
To handle filing of invoices, documents and data entries
Liaising with vendors/other departments when needed
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum ‘O’ Level
Competent in MS Office Applications, MYOB, GST related knowledge
Responsible and highly motivated individual
Positive working attitude
Independent, meticulous and possess initiative
Bilingual in English and Mandarin – Processing of documents in Mandarin needed. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential
Experience in full set of accounts is an advantage
5-day work week
Able to start work immediately
