• Perform any task as instructed by Superior
• Complete job within time frame given
• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising on quality
• Track planned output against actual output
• Report to Superior / QC Inspector for any non-compliance or rejected WIP
• Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
• Report any machinery issues to superior for immediate assistance
• Always equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Adhere to Company Policies and Rules and Regulations at all time
• Cooperate and implement 5S as instructed by 5S Committee
• To minimize rejects, reworks and scrap

Job Requirement:

• Possess at least SPM or above
• Shows discipline, responsibility, enthusiasm and passion at work at all time
• Reliable and punctual
• Physically capable of manual labor that include lifting, bending and reaching
• Able to work at least 8 hours shifts standing
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work at night, weekend / occasional overtime (if required)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
