This role plays a key part in supporting end-to-end talent acquisition across corporate and retail functions in the region.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail and/or corporate roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical positions.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
Coordinate interviews and drive efficient hiring processes.
Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to support decision-making.
Ensure a professional, high-touch candidate experience reflective of a luxury brand.
Recruitment Operations
Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support offer management and onboarding documentation.
Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
Employer Branding & Projects
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Participate in HR projects, campus outreach, and process improvementsRequirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house).
Exposure to retail, luxury, FMCG, or consumer-facing industries is advantageous.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
