Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Water Treatment)
Position Title: Accounts Executive (Full set)
Working Location: Tuas West Road (Transportation provided from Boon Lay MRT)
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5:30PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + PB + VB + Birthday Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Manage a full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and month-end closing
Perform day-to-day data processing and transaction entries
Prepare quarterly GST reconciliation and submissions
Generate monthly financial and management reports
Participate in annual stock take exercises
Support cash flow monitoring and accounts receivables management
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and finance-related projects as assigned

Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with full set of accounts
Proficient in accounting software (ERP systems preferred)
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and data analysis)
