Over the years, the company has successfully delivered a wide range of government, commercial and private-sector projects, with experience spanning road and infrastructure works, airport-related developments, building construction and other complex engineering projects.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, the company is currently expanding its project team for a major high-profile development in the East of Singapore.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to be involved in a large-scale and technically demanding development within a highly regulated operating environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall planning, execution and delivery of the assigned building project.
• Monitor construction progress, project schedules, manpower and resources to achieve key milestones.
• Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and specialist contractors.
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, architects and relevant project stakeholders.
• Oversee structural, architectural and M&E coordination throughout the project.
• Review construction methodology, work sequences and site technical matters.
• Identify potential delays, site constraints and project risks and implement appropriate solutions.
• Conduct and participate in project, progress and coordination meetings.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the project team towards successful completion and handover.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in building construction, preferably with a main contractor in Singapore.
• Prior experience in a Project Manager / Construction Manager capacity is preferred.
• Experience handling large-scale or complex building projects will be advantageous.
