Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in HR, payroll, administration, or accounting.
Familiar with payroll processing, recruitment, and basic accounting procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment activities, including job posting, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll administration.
Prepare and process staff claims, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS submissions.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, supplier payments, and invoicing.
Assist in bookkeeping, data entry, and monthly financial reporting.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of HR and accounting records.
Support daily administrative and office operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
