Job Description

Well'B is a fresh, Malaysian, growing food startup of 20 passionate people, making high quality, highly innovative NEW food & drinks, out of handpicked young coconuts.

Our goal is to disrupt the coconut supply chain and push coconut to be the NEW staple food in everyone's diet!

We need a numbers person who is sharp, reliable, and resourceful to take charge of our finance, accounts, and admin operations.

This isn't your typical corporate role. You won’t just be doing reporting—you'll be building systems, solving problems, and playing a key role in shaping the next phase of our growth.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administration (SME/startup experience is an advantage).

• Experience with SQL.

• Strong knowledge of full set of accounts and Malaysian compliance.

• Able to work independently and take initiative.

• Builder's mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Willing to learn and explore new technologies, including AI.

Job Responsibilities

• Run the full set of accounts, monthly closings, P&L & financial reports.

• Manage cash flow, budgets, and projections.

• Handle HR accounts & payroll (EPF, SOCSO, claims, leaves, etc.).

• Keep accounts compliant, clean, and audit-ready.

• Advise on financial strategy and business growth.

• Build and improve systems with a focus on automation and efficiency.

• Work directly with the founders and leadership team.
