Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to manage project costing, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Job Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and quotations.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis based on project drawings and specifications.

•⁠ ⁠Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare and issue purchase orders and contract-related documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor project costs, variations, and claims throughout the project lifecycle.

•⁠ ⁠Evaluate subcontractor claims and progress payments.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain proper project records and cost reports.

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

•⁠ ⁠Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
