Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's of Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in the related field

Proficient in written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin will be an added advantage

Must be a self-starter and independent with a pleasant attitude

Candidates with relevant experience in the construction industry, especially in infrastructure projects, will be given preference.

Manage the procurement process for goods and services in accordance with company requirements.

Source, evaluate, and liaise with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.

Request and compare quotations, negotiate prices, terms, and conditions.

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely approval.

Monitor deliveries to ensure correct quantity, quality, and on-time delivery.

Maintain proper records of purchases, invoices, and related documentation.

Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Store, and Operations.

Evaluate supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, and service.

Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
