Maintain and update customers' satisfaction surveys with appropriate follow-up and to follow up with the Company’s Sales Advisors on their respective customers;
To co-ordinate and communicate with UMW Toyota Motor’s operating divisions on day-today business operations relating to customer relations, after-sales services and other relevant activities;
