Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome – full training and coaching will be provided.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and web-based systems).
  • Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers professionally over the phone.
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Motivated to achieve performance targets while delivering professional customer service.
  • Experience in debt collection, customer service, telesales, or a call centre environment is an added advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Contact customers regarding their outstanding payments and provide timely payment reminders.
  • Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements to facilitate settlement of outstanding debts.
  • Assist customers with existing disputes to support successful account resolution.
  • Analyse customer accounts to determine appropriate repayment approaches.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
