Minimum Diploma level education in Computer & IT or relevant fields.

• Basic understanding of IT hardware and software.

• Having transport and a GDL license is an added advantage.

• Willing to travel outstation when required.

• The required languages are English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

• Able to take initiative, be proactive at work, and be independent in problem-solving.

• Able to multitask and commit to meeting deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and be a good team player.

• Good communication skills and ability to maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.

• Provide daily IT and OT technical support to resolve issues faced by clients and internal staff.

• Monitor and maintain hardware devices to ensure smooth operation, troubleshooting, and repairing malfunctions promptly.

• Record, track, and resolve technical issues within the ticketing system to ensure timely and effective handling.

• Communicate with clients and cross-functional teams to offer technical support and consultancy, ensuring a positive customer service experience.

• Participate in the testing of hardware and software to ensure products meet quality standards before delivery.

• Regularly perform maintenance and upgrades on IT and OT systems to enhance performance and security.

• Provide basic IT and OT knowledge training to non-technical team members to improve the team's overall technical capabilities.

• Collect and organize client feedback on technical needs to inform continuous product improvement.

• Assist in developing and optimizing workflows and operation manuals related to IT and OT to increase work efficiency.

• Complete other tasks related to IT and OT technical support as assigned by superiors.
