Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, or related field (fresh grads are welcome).
First Aid license is an advantage.
Friendly, proactive, service-oriented, professional appearance.
Good communication in English & Malay (Chinese is an advantage).
Organised, accurate in handling redemptions/logs.
Able to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and late nights for events.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
Provide information on stores, facilities, events, and promotions.
Handle customer redemptions, lost & found, and loan services (wheelchairs, strollers).
Collect feedback, assist with complaints, and give first-level support.
Support marketing campaigns and promote mall activities.
Manage mall enquiry emails, forward issues to relevant departments.
Maintain a tidy, well-stocked concierge desk.
