Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Possess at lease 3 years of proven experience in a Sales Co-ordinator or similar administrative role, preferably within the hardware or machinery trading industry.
Proficient in computer applications
Excellent reading and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin ,all three languages are MUST.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and product information.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail to manage sales documentation and schedules effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferable female age below 30
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including issuing DO / Cash Bill
Liaise with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product information, escalating complex issues to the sales representatives.
Office working hour: Monday to Friday (8.30am ~ 5.30pm) Saturday (8.30am ~ 1pm) Sunday & Public holiday off
