Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Retail or cashier experience is an added advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting products and provide product knowledge when needed.

  • Handle cashier duties including payment processing and issuing receipts.

  • Arrange, display, and replenish stock in the shop.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail area.

  • Keep track of stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.

  • Assist in receiving and checking stock deliveries.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide good after-sales service.

  • Support other retail operations as assigned by the supervisor.
