• Candidate must have at least a SPM or above

• Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in retailing or any relevant field for branch manager

• Candidate preferably have 1-2 years of experience in retailing or any relevant field for department head

• Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply for department head

• Able to work accordingly to retail hours (shift work), including weekends & public holidays

• Possess leadership attributes and good role model

• Basic computer and reporting skills.

• Oversee the daily operations of the department/store.

• Supervise and lead department employees.

• In charge of handling various operational aspects such as managing inventories, recruiting staff, enforcing safety policies, ordering products, and analyzing sales performance.

• Resolve issues from consumers and retain good customer relationship.
