Qualifications

• Experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry is an advantage

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in shifts

• Knowledge of halal handling and food hygiene is encouraged

• An added advantage if skilled in managing social media for restaurant marketing purposes

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service

• Ensure cleanliness, food quality, and halal compliance are consistently maintained

• Monitor employee performance and discipline

• Handle customer complaints professionally

• Assist in preparing work schedules and staff training

• Ensure food safety procedures and company SOPs are followed
