Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in Ayer Itam, Penang.
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Managing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle HR correspondences and staff communications.
- Compute monthly payroll and make statutory payments.
- Manage job postings, recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Provides Orientation Training to new recruits.
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Managing employee's attendance and leave records.
- Manage HRDF Training Claim Submissions.
- Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management.
- Manage employee movement - transfer, promotion, new recruits and separation processes.
