Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems.

Proven expertise in system integration, ensuring seamless operation between different ELV components such as access control, CCTV, and potentially other low voltage systems.

Strong understanding of network cabling standards and best practices for structured cabling within ELV environments.

Experience with the installation and troubleshooting of Access Control Systems, including reader technology, controllers, and associated software.

Proficiency in the setup and maintenance of CCTV systems, including IP and analog cameras, NVR/DVR, and video management software.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints related to ELV system installations.

Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations pertaining to ELV systems and low voltage installations.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients and team members. Mandarin language proficiency is a strong asset.

Willingness to work onsite at our location in Union Tower Desa Commercial Centre, Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur.

Design, install, and commission Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems including access control, CCTV, and structured cabling according to project specifications and industry best practices.

Perform system integration for various ELV components, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility between different subsystems.

Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal placement and configuration of ELV equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ELV systems, including hardware malfunctions and software glitches.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system diagrams, installation guides, and maintenance procedures.

Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective ELV solutions.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in ELV technology and recommend upgrades or new solutions to enhance system performance and security.
