Requirements
At least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Professional certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Executive at Ezzytech Engineering Sdn Bhd is responsible for developing, executing, and managing all digital marketing activities to support the company’s business growth objectives. The role encompasses managing digital platforms, driving lead generation, building the company’s online brand presence, and leveraging B2B trade platforms such as Alibaba to expand market reach.
Online Presence Management
Plan, create, and manage all digital content for EzzyTech Engineering across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, website, etc.).
Develop and execute a consistent content calendar that reflects EzzyTech's brand, services, and project milestones.
Manage EzzyTech's website updates, SEO performance, and Google Business Profile.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages
Manage EzzyTech’s other social and digital online platforms where applicable
Build and grow EzzyTech's professional online credibility to support business development and client acquisition.
Track and report on organic reach, engagement metrics, and follower growth on a monthly basis.
B2B Platform Management & Development
Learn, onboard, and manage the company’s presence on B2B e-commerce and trade platforms, with a primary focus on Alibaba.
Create, optimise, and regularly update product listings, company profiles, and showcase pages on Alibaba to maximise visibility and lead generation.
Familiarise with Alibaba’s tools including Trade Assurance, keyword optimisation, RFQ (Request for Quotation) management, and analytics dashboards.
Respond promptly to buyer enquiries and RFQs received through B2B platforms, coordinating with the sales and technical teams for accurate responses.
Monitor platform performance metrics and provide monthly reports on leads, enquiries, and conversions generated.
Advisory and Management on Paid Advertising
Advise on and develop paid advertising strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms
Support other subsidiaries in paid advertising when required
Set up, manage, monitor, and optimise all paid ad campaigns to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition.
Assist to define target audiences, campaign objectives, ad creatives, and budget allocation in collaboration with the respective teams.
Analyse campaign performance regularly and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.
Assists in preparing monthly paid ads performance reports
