Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience as in marketing related field
- Open for Fresh graduate
- Relevant experience in the Manufacturing or FMCG industry is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in market planning and research methodologies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset with leadership capability.
- Must be willing to work at Bukit Minyak, Penang.
- Possess own transport
- 1 full time job available
Responsibilities
- Well established FMCG /F&B manufacturing company (Bumiputera firm / Halal productions)
- Work location Warehouse Depot located at Bukit Minyak, Penang
- 5 Working Days / Week
- Strategic Planning: Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives to achieve business goals.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify customer needs and competitive landscapes.
- Campaign Management: Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- Reporting: Generate performance reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness for senior management.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to stay updated on industry opportunities
