Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 1–3 years of marketing experience (experience in retail, e-commerce, electronics, or camera industry is an advantage)
Hands-on experience in social media marketing, campaign execution, and content creation is highly preferred

N4 Camera Store is one of Malaysia’s fast-growing camera & imaging retailers, specialising in photography, videography, and content-creator gear. With a strong presence across offline retail, e-commerce platforms, and social media, we are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team and grow the brand together.
Campaign Management & Marketing Strategy
Plan, execute, and coordinate marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and execution across online & offline channels
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise results
Drive brand initiatives including product launches, collaborations, influencer/KOL partnerships, and strategic alliances
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights within the camera & creator market
Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Forms)
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Lead content creation and social media marketing for campaigns, product launches, festive promotions, and tactical sales initiatives
Develop creative content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar editing software
Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and recommend strategies to grow followers and conversions
Work closely with internal teams to produce high-quality mobile videography, photography, and visual content
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, agencies, and influencers to ensure smooth campaign execution
Handle day-to-day marketing coordination, administrative, and operational tasks as required
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, copywriting, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Creative and strategic thinker with a good eye for design, aesthetics, and brand consistency
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Proactive in identifying new marketing opportunities and digital growth ideas
Passionate about marketing, social media, branding, photography, videography, and creator culture
