• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or brand management role.

• Strong experience in brand management, marketing communications and campaign planning.

• Excellent project management and organisational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Chinese and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

• Experience managing agencies, vendors and external partners.

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate marketing into business growth.

• Experience in FMCG, retail, consumer goods or the pet industry will be an advantage.

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive who enjoys turning ideas into impactful campaigns and helping premium brands grow in the market.

Brand Strategy & Management

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

• Manage and grow the company's portfolio of premium pet care brands.

• Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all customer touchpoints.

• Work closely with international brand principals to localise global marketing initiatives for the Malaysian market.

Marketing Communications

• Lead all brand communications across digital, retail and traditional channels.

• Review and approve marketing materials to ensure consistency and quality.

• Build and strengthen brand awareness through compelling storytelling and customer engagement.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Develop and oversee the company's digital marketing strategy.

• Guide social media planning, content creation and community engagement.

• Monitor digital performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and conversion.

Campaigns & Creative Activations

• Conceptualise and lead creative marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activations.

• Manage exhibitions, events and retail marketing initiatives.

• Work closely with the Trade Executive and Sales Team to ensure campaigns are effectively executed and translated into strong in-store performance.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and mentor the marketing team.

• Set clear priorities and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Foster creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement within the department.

Vendor & Partnership Management

• Manage relationships with advertising agencies, designers, event organisers, influencers and marketing suppliers.

• Negotiate quotations, contracts and project deliverables.

• Ensure marketing investments deliver measurable value.

Market Intelligence & Performance

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviour.

• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial performance.
