What we're looking for
Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the security or technology industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills to drive innovative marketing initiatives
Perform PPF installation on watches according to company standards (training provided).
Familiarity with the local market and customer landscape in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding regions
Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your assigned territory
Engaging with potential clients to understand their security needs and proposing tailored solutions
Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring a seamless customer experience
Developing and executing effective marketing strategies to raise awareness of our products and services
Experience in PPF installation (especially on watches or small precision items) will be an added advantage.
Strong interest and good knowledge of watches, particularly luxury timepieces.
Have basic managerial and leadership skills.
