Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, coordinate fleet and equipment maintenance, manage supplier relationships, and provide basic technical support for LED displays, sound systems, and operational machinery.

The ideal candidate is organized, technically inclined, and comfortable working hands-on to ensure our logistics, inventory, vehicles, and equipment operate smoothly

• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in logistics, warehouse, event operations, fleet management, or a related field.

• Mature, responsible, and practical in approach.

• Positive, hands-on, and willing to take initiative.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Mandarin speaker proficiency is preferred.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.

• Strong interest in learning and developing new technical skills.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform well under pressure.

• Flexible and adaptable to last-minute operational changes.

• Willing to work remotely or on-site at event locations during weekends when necessary.

• Must have own transport.
  

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, stock organization, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Monitor and coordinate truck/fleet conditions, including regular maintenance, inspections, servicing, and repairs.

• Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries, orders, discrepancies, and vendor performance.

• Plan and coordinate cross-border logistics arrangements, including Malaysia–Singapore routes, documentation, customs clearance, transport scheduling, and compliance.

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues involving LED screens and display hardware.

• Provide basic technical support for sound systems, including setup checks and signal-flow troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with AV specialists for more complex technical issues and repairs.

• Perform routine maintenance and coordinate servicing for operational equipment such as portable generators, vending machines, and digital display panels.

• Use Google Workspace such as Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, and Forms to manage operational data, documentation, schedules, and team communication.

• Act as the main operational contact for internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.

• Support event operations and be prepared to work on-site when required.
