Requirements
- Achieve at least SPM education
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply, no experience required
- Having relevant experiences is preferred, but not essential
- Can communicate fluently in English and Mandarin
- Able to work in a challenging and fast-paced working environment.
- Computer literate
- Able to travel when required
Responsibilities
- Provide suitable recommendations and promote product to walk-in customers as needed.
- Assisting walk-in customers in locating requested store products.
- Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.
- Responsible for managing the sales target.
- Reports weekly Operation to Supervisor.
- Maintaining and providing comprehensive product information to customers.
- Confidently making and closing sales.
- Understanding the importance of best-selling lines and feature hotspots.
