The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing all warehouse and inventory operations at IMC Healthcare Sdn Bhd. The role involves ensuring efficient storage, inventory accuracy, stock availability, FIFO compliance, timely order fulfillment, loss prevention, and adherence to company SOPs and regulatory requirements. The incumbent will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting seamless product distribution across the business.
Production Planning: Execute the daily production schedule, ensuring optimal availability and alignment of manpower, machinery, jobs, and raw materials.
Task Delegation: Dispatch daily assignments to subordinates; conduct specialized briefings/trainings for operators when introducing new production materials.
Manpower Allocation: Strategically assign floor staff across production lines and machinery to maximize efficiency.
