The Boilerman is responsible for the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of boiler systems to support carbonated beverage production.
This role ensures compliance with DOSH (JKKP) regulations, maintains steam supply reliability, and upholds safety, quality, and energy efficiency standards within the factory.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of working experience in food manufacturing, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.Language Proficiency: Spoken and written fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders/team members). Please do not apply if you are not in this category.Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and production-related software such as ERP or Autocount systems.Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of food safety standards and production systems. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple production lines under pressure.Work Schedule & ArrangementsRegular Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.Weekend Flexibility: Must be willing to return to work on Saturdays or Sundays if urgent production cases arise.Entitlement: Replacement leave will be provided for any urgent weekend work.
