能在压力下工作并按时完成紧迫的工作任务

注重细节，并具备高度的质量与安全意识

能以英语、中文及马来语进行有效沟通

可接受弹性工作时间，包括必要时周末上班

Minimum 1 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment

Fluent in Mandarin

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, or other process improvement methodologies is an added advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and production management systems

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety

Able to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if required

Oversee daily production workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency

Monitor production processes to meet quality standards, safety regulations, and deadlines

Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve targets

Assign tasks and manage manpower planning effectively

Implement and enforce quality control measures, including regular inspections

Ensure workplace safety compliance and conduct safety training

Collaborate with planning and logistics teams for production scheduling and timely delivery

Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock

Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction

Prepare and present production reports (output, efficiency, quality) to management

Some administrative work is required.
