Candidates must possess at least a Diploma qualification in Manufacturing, Production Management, Engineering, or any relevant field.

Candidates with previous experience in production supervision, shop floor management, or warehouse operations will have an added advantage.

Understanding of QMS, EMS requirements, workplace safety standards, and production processes is preferred.

Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, and manage workers effectively.

Possess good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced working environment.

Manage and lead store workers in carrying out stock handling, movement, and storage activities according to the schematic layout and business plan.

Ensure the shop floor area remains clean, organised, and properly maintained.

Perform and monitor shop floor operations while ensuring compliance with QMS, EMS requirements, and safety regulations.

Evaluate workers’ performance and provide appropriate guidance and training to support their work responsibilities.

Escalate any issues or deviations related to QMS, EMS, and safety requirements to the superior for further action.

Work together with the superior to support and implement improvement initiatives.

Carry out any additional tasks or assignments assigned by the superior.
