Handling documentation Microsoft word , excel , Google sheet
Filing
Scan docs in file
Printing label , open new file
Coordinate and dealing with document or project provider
Collect and send docs if neccesary
Checking docs with Numbers and alphabets correctly typo
Identifying and implementing strategies
Accurately entering data, managing spreadsheets, and updating databases.
Maintaining a well-organized office environment
Providing comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments
Dealing with third party
