Weare looking for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department in the F&B industry. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract role created to support the HR team during a temporary manpower coverage period. Depending on business needs, company expansion and individual performance, there may be an opportunity for the role to be converted to a permanent position.
The role is suitable for someone who enjoys administrative work, communicates well with different teams, and is comfortable handling employee records, documentation and HR processes. You will work closely with the HR team and outlet managers to ensure HR matters are followed up accurately and on time.
Facilitate front desk operations by attending to walk-in patients, responding to enquiries, and providing clear information on procedures, preparation, and waiting times.
Support billing processes by verifying payments, collaborating with cashier, and ensuring all charges for imaging services are accurately captured.
Assist radiographers with coordinating patient movement, preparing patients for procedures, and monitoring safety within the waiting area.
