Job Requirements
Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Extensive experience in oil trading or refinery commercial operations.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Deep understanding of oil markets and value chain.
Strong understanding of commercial laws, contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
Extensive knowledge of international trade, including crude and petroleum products.
Good command of English and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Lead overall commercial strategy including crude sourcing and product sales.
Oversee trading, commercial planning, and sales functions.
Optimize margins through pricing, product placement, and market strategy.
Monitor global/regional oil markets and identify opportunities.
Manage key customer and supplier relationships.
Align commercial plans with refinery operations.
